More About the Class...

This class will provide an excellent opportunity to develop greater vitality and deepen your relationship with yourselves and your unborn child.  Yoga during pregnancy can help to gain strength and ease discomforts through the practice of gentle postures, breath work, and meditation.  The sense of calm and an increase in flexibility can ease the birthing process, reducing pain, and increasing the joy of giving birth.

The small setting offers a great sense of community among mothers and a chance for me to work individually with each student.  I think you will find it will be the hour you look forward to most in the week.

 No previous yoga experience necessary

 All stages of pregnancy welcome
