Monday night class Canceled

Sorry, but until further notice, the Monday night class is canceled at Indigo Dragon Wellness Center.

I will be offering  a series of classes after the New Year.   Check back soon for the new schedule!

The class time will still be a weekday night around 6:30 and will still be $50 for 4 weeks.

If there are certain nights that do or do not work for you, please let me know - I would love to accommodate everyone that is interested.

Fall Bugs and Chinese Herbs

Hope everyone is fighting off the fall bugs going around.  If you  haven't tried using Chinese Herbs to fight off virus and such yet, it is worth a try.  They can be a great alternative to using over the counter drugs.  Indigo Dragon is a wealth of information and can help you set up your stash at home so that when the first signs of illness set in... you can start the herbs right away.   They are even useful in fighting infections like bronchitis and sinus infections and if you can catch them early you can usually take care of it  before it gets bad.   There are even ones made for kids!
